We are proud to announce that we have reached a significant milestone for the Stellat’en Hotel Project. With procurement for Architecture and Civil Design Services complete, the core Project Team representatives are over 80% complete, allowing us to move straight into site planning and conceptual design!
Project Owner
Stellat'en (people of Stella) have existed since the beginning of time on the fertile lands near the Village of Fraser Lake and the confluence of the Endako and Stella Koh.
Project Sponsor
Owned by the Stellat'en First Nation, Atsiyan Services LP provide business development and management services for the many companies of the Nation.

Going Live - What to Expect
You will increasingly see activity on site and in the community as we shift into conceptual and then detailed design. We will be in town for meetings, to assess site conditions, and to engage with interest holders.
A design-focused community engagement plan is in development. Stay tuned!
